Orders are generally processed in one business day. Kits are shipped from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, typically in 1-3 business days.

Returns

New unsized, unworn, Casioak Kits may be returned within 7 days at the shipping expense of the customer and -15% restocking fee (subject to kit inspection).

Canada: Free Canada Post Expedited or Xpresspost for Full Kits ($149+), $15 for orders less than $149

United States: $20 - Canada Post Expedited

International: Shipping is available internationally to some countries. Cost varies however, to many countries in Europe and Asia a tracked packet is available for $45 and Xpresspost for $60. Contact me directly for a quote.
